PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION
At CON-FORM we like to provide total solutions to our customers. The synergistic methodology utilised by our Stabilisation, Rolling Dynamic Compaction and Pavement operations enable us to handle all your needs for ground remediation and pavement construction.Working with independent consultants, we offer re-designed pavement solutions that allow our customers to take full advantage of the latest developments in pavement technology. Our alternative designs look to utilise existing materials from the site as a value add construction material. Various cementitious binders are used to enhance the materials strength, so that when formed in-situ, the modified product replaces both the conventional sub-base and road-base materials. Dependent on the planned end use and the underlying ground conditions, it is also possible in many cases to replace the base course, requiring only the import of the asphalt wearing course.
Our pavements provide an efficient and reliable alternative to traditionally designed pavements with the added benefit of providing strength and flexibility in high usage, high tonnage applications. Our portfolio of pavement products includes our own registered surfacing products, MACRO-PAVE® and ENVIRO-PAVE®.
Type of works carried out by CON-FORM includes HGV Distribution Centres, supermarket delivery yards, car park pavements, waste handling facilities and bus terminals.
