MATERIAL REPROCESSING
CON-FORM is the leader in the field of in-situ crushing which produces useable construction aggregates out of material that was previously seen as "waste". Our in-situ processors are able to handle concrete, stone and asphalt, quickly and efficiently, without the need for lifting and stockpiling.As part of our design assessment, we look to incorporate processed material in the delivery of the new solution, meeting both the permanent and temporary requirements of a project. Where appropriate, the properties of the processed material are enhanced with cementitious binders in the final stages of the project, leaving the crushed material as a temporary running surface during the initial construction phases, acting the same as a stone or sub-base layer.
This approach ensures that the client reaps the benefit of a value-engineered solution with an efficient and reliable alternative to conventional methods. Our analytical approach enables clients' to use existing site materials enhanced by design, to achieve the desired strength. This reduces disposal of waste materials, the import of costly new materials, which in turn reduces vehicle movements whilst visibly demonstrating the clients' environmental credentials
