PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION - MACRO-PAVE®
MACRO-PAVE® is a revolutionary semi-flexible, joint-free surfacing product that is ideal for high traffic usage areas. It is strong, durable and suitable for both new builds and renovations. It can be rapidly installed with minimum disruption to the customer's daily operations, allowing substantial savings to be made over existing materials.MACRO-PAVE® combines the attributes of asphalt and concrete to produce a highly versatile solution to a whole range of pavement and flooring requirements, both internally and externally.
MACRO-PAVE® is significantly stronger than bituminous materials, yet with retained flexibility will tolerate traffic with heavy dynamic loadings. It is a joint-free pavement and can be used to refurbish cracked and deteriorating concrete surfaces, paving blocks and worn asphalt surfaces by means of an overlay.
Benefits of MACRO-PAVE® include the fact that it is quick and easy to lay whatever the weather, achieves 85% of its strength in 24hrs, has an analytical design, is joint free, dust free, anti-static, impermeable to liquid, freeze/thaw resistant, available in various slip resistant finishes and can be ground and polished.
It is the ideal surface for docks, cargo terminals, container ports, bus and car terminals, and HGV distribution centres. Customers such as Tesco, Asda, Christian Salvesen and Stagecoach use it extensively.
